Wow... thanks so very much, Gyles, for posting this video-clip. That 'monster' wave made headlines around the world. I'm now hosting a Multiply/Blogspot friend and this weekend I'll drive her up to Nazaré but I don't expect to see such a big wave....
You never know. I think a family/child was washed away walking along the beach there last year as well.
